Looking like a complex web of cables on a huge board, you may not be able to figure out what this is on your first look. However, with the right coaching staff and a good working knowledge, you will soon know how useful this piece of equipment can be to help you develop some of your physical abilities, i.e. your speed, explosiveness, and vertical jump.
